This fee came out of nowhere. It was never mentioned on their website or during the onboarding process. I had already complied with every KYC step and submitted all documentation weeks ago. Their support offered no explanation, just repeating: “The fee is required to finalize the transaction.” That’s not good enough. I’ve lost all trust. These hidden charges are nothing more than a barrier to prevent users from getting their money out. They let you deposit and trade easily—but when it’s time to withdraw, the real face comes out. This is not an honest business. It’s a scam platform designed to drain users dry under the guise of financial procedures.
