This wasn’t in the contract, wasn’t discussed during KYC, and certainly wasn’t disclosed earlier in the withdrawal process. Everything was approved—my documents, my account, and my funds. Now suddenly, I’m being asked to pay this new fee with no official documentation, only a vague reference to “balancing compliance thresholds.” What does that even mean? I’m tired of playing along with their made-up procedures. Every time I comply, a new obstacle shows up. I feel trapped, and I’m starting to realize I may never get my money back. This isn’t how legitimate financial services operate.
