The phrase itself sounds official but has no meaning in legitimate finance. I combed through every section of their terms—nothing remotely similar exists. Their agent claims it’s a “new requirement” implemented after my request, which is absurd and unenforceable. They also insist on payment via crypto transfer only, citing “faster compliance,” which is another invented justification. I asked them to provide the licensing body’s name, address, and regulatory mandate—no answer, just copy-paste policy fragments. This is a clear example of a platform fabricating fees to hold funds hostage. Once you pay, another “final step” will appear, and the cycle continues. I’ve stopped all communication except to collect evidence and am coordinating with others for a joint complaint. A licensed, transparent broker would never hide behind jargon to extort clients at the last moment.
