This fee was never disclosed during onboarding or account verification. I had provided all required documentation and was told withdrawals were approved. When I submitted my withdrawal request, this sudden charge blocked my payout. Attempts to obtain policy confirmation or documentation were ignored or met with generic replies. It’s obvious this is a fraudulent tactic to keep funds locked and force traders to pay additional money. I feel scammed and warn all potential users to avoid this platform.

They advertise “fast, zero-fee withdrawals,” but when I requested mine, I was slapped with a surprise “anti-money laundering clearance fee.” Ridiculous! I never agreed to that, and now they’re holding my funds hostage. It’s extortion. This is a classic scam model. Avoid this platform or you’ll lose your hard-earned money.
