After completing all requested steps and receiving account approval, this new cost came as a surprise. It wasn’t disclosed during signup or in any official documents. Customer support ignored my requests for proof and replied with evasive, generic answers. This sudden fee is clearly a scam tactic to stall withdrawals and extract more money from traders. I feel cheated and warn everyone to steer clear of this fraudulent broker.
