I checked the blockchain and found no pending transaction for my wallet, which confirms that their claims are false. This is clearly an attempt to get more money from me by fabricating technical glitches. No legitimate exchange asks users to pay extra to resolve system errors. I demand my $1,100 be released immediately, without any additional charges or delays.
