Support failed to explain why activation was suddenly required at withdrawal rather than at registration. They also refused to clarify who controls the distribution channel or why users must pay to activate it. This creates the impression that the channel itself is fictional—an excuse to justify another charge. The repeated insistence on payment without documentation is deeply concerning.
