They told me my documents were fully approved, my balance was cleared for release, and no additional charges were required. Yet now, they insist this validation is “mandatory for all accounts undergoing system migration,” even though such a migration was never announced. Their agents keep cycling through generic phrases like “system alignment protocols” and “account re-indexing,” none of which appear in their own terms. I’ve asked repeatedly for a proper breakdown, and they refuse to provide anything beyond vague reassurances. It’s becoming painfully obvious that ZercotTrades is adding artificial steps simply to stall and pressure users into paying more.
