I’ve never seen that term in any documentation or FAQ. I submitted my withdrawal request after all documents were verified and my account status was confirmed. Then this new charge appeared. They couldn’t tell me where this was outlined. All I got was a vague email saying it’s for “cross-border remittance balancing.” Sounds completely fabricated to me. Has anyone else faced this same fee, and did anything happen afterward? Or is this just another delay trap?

A new $2,200 “processing integrity levy” has been added to my withdrawal request. This wasn’t mentioned when I joined or during the funding process. Everything was approved: KYC, address, phone verification—all cleared. Then suddenly, this fee shows up. They said it’s necessary to “finalize backend protocols.” That explanation is meaningless. I asked them for policy documentation, and they ignored me. I’ve had enough. This platform feels like a revolving door of lies, each designed to buy time or milk users for more money.
