I pressed for an explanation or policy document, and they had nothing to provide—just pressure to “complete the surcharge promptly” so my funds wouldn’t be delayed. The longer I questioned them, the more obvious it became that the surcharge was invented. Their entire withdrawal process is designed to introduce confusion, create urgency, and demand more money. No legitimate financial institution behaves this way. It’s a classic scam pattern disguised with technical jargon.
