This came with no notice or explanation. Their only response was a vague reference to “balance matching compliance.” I’ve never had to deal with such a fee elsewhere. It’s clearly meant to delay and discourage users from completing their withdrawal.

I was ready to complete my withdrawal when they introduced a $2,000 “fund release fee.” I’ve already gone through the verification process and followed all their instructions, but now they’re saying I can’t withdraw unless I pay this new fee. There was no mention of this during registration, and it feels like they’re trying to block my funds. It’s starting to look like a scam, and I’m not sure what to do next.
