I never asked to close my account—I just wanted to withdraw my profits. After completing everything they requested, including identity verification and a prior processing charge, they now claim this new fee is necessary to finalize my request. No other broker I’ve used has ever pulled something like this. When I asked for documentation proving the legitimacy of this fee, they avoided the question. This is no longer about compliance—it’s clearly about keeping my money hostage. I now believe this platform is operating a deliberate scam.
