This reasoning feels fabricated, as legitimate platforms do not ask users to pay extra just to maintain their withdrawal position in a queue. When I question why such a payment exists, they respond with generic statements about “system workload” and “processing fairness,” none of which explain why the cost is being passed onto customers. Their policy pages contain no reference to this type of payment. My attempts to escalate the matter have been ignored, and my withdrawal remains unprocessed. BlingXE’s insistence on this payment seems less like a procedural necessity and more like an attempt to extract additional funds under the guise of system congestion.

If a company requires you to pay before processing withdrawals, it has already crossed the line from legitimate business into scam behavior.
