This fee was never mentioned in any documentation or during onboarding. Despite my account being fully approved and verified, this sudden charge stopped my payout dead in its tracks. Customer support failed to provide any formal policy backing the fee, responding only with vague, scripted answers. It’s obvious this is a scam designed to trap client funds indefinitely. I strongly caution all investors against this platform.
