When I signed up, this fee was never mentioned, and I had already completed all necessary verifications weeks ago. I was confident that withdrawing my money would be straightforward. However, suddenly this new fee appeared, blocking my withdrawal request. When I asked for official documents or proof of this charge, their customer service only gave vague and scripted answers. It seems like a deliberate tactic to delay my payout and pressure me into paying extra money. This behavior is deceptive and unprofessional. I strongly urge others to avoid dealing with Next Level Pro Traders as they operate more like a scam than a legitimate broker.

Despite completing all required verification and account approval, this charge was never mentioned beforehand. Customer support avoided giving any official documentation or clear explanation.
