This was never part of the agreement. I’ve checked all their public materials—this fee doesn’t exist. I asked when it was added, and they just said “recently.” That’s not a valid explanation. Their delay tactics are obvious. They stall with empty phrases like “account synchronization required” while holding onto your funds. This has gone from frustrating to infuriating. I now see what’s going on. FXmart Trading is running a scam with a professional-looking front. Stay far away.

The platform introduced a “release queue fee” after confirming my withdrawal. This was never disclosed before. I did everything right—traded honestly, submitted documents, and waited patiently. I now understand their business model—trap you with promises, then block your money behind fake fees. This platform is a total scam, and I wish I had never joined.
