Capitalwaveexchange emailed me saying I now owe a $2,150 “compliance settlement tax”

This was never mentioned before—not during onboarding, not during the document submission process, and certainly not when I got my withdrawal approval. When I asked where this was listed, they claimed it was part of a recent policy update but couldn’t provide any proof. I demanded an invoice—they didn’t send one. I offered to pay it from my account balance, which is more than enough—they declined. The timing is suspicious. I’ve already paid other fees they claimed were final. Now this? It’s obviously a delay tactic. They’re hoping users will either give up or continue paying. I can’t believe how easily I was fooled by their professional interface and fake promises. Capitalwaveexchange is not a trading platform. It’s a coordinated scam, and I hope authorities catch on soon.
