This charge was never mentioned when I registered or during the entire verification process. After fulfilling all requirements, I expected a smooth withdrawal. Instead, this unexpected payment stopped my funds from being released. When I asked for official documentation or contract references, customer support avoided my questions and responded with canned replies. This is a typical scam technique to delay payouts and extort additional money from traders. I regret trusting Elixo Trade and strongly advise others to avoid them.
