They claim this tariff is required for “final settlement approval,” but no one has been able to explain what that means or how it applies to my account. I asked repeatedly for clarification, yet every answer they provide is either vague or copied from earlier messages. Their policy documents say nothing about fund clearance tariffs, and when I confront them with this, they insist that newer internal rules apply. That explanation makes no sense. My withdrawal has been stuck for days, and every time I push for progress, they remind me that the tariff is still unpaid. It feels like they are inventing new financial obstacles to delay my access to the funds I already earned.
