Instead, this unexpected fee blocked my payout. Attempts to get official evidence or policy backing the fee were met with canned, evasive responses. This behavior screams scam and is clearly intended to extort money from unsuspecting clients. I deeply regret trusting this platform and urge others to avoid it.
