No regulator works like this, and no licensed broker hides fees until the final step. I’ve archived all messages, screenshots, and even the metadata from their PDFs to prove this demand appeared post-approval. Their constant urgency—pay now or lose your spot—is psychological manipulation. I am alerting every relevant consumer protection body and publishing this case so others can recognize the pattern. If your funds are held hostage behind an invented last-minute toll, it’s not “procedure”—it’s a scam.
