This was never communicated to me at any point during the account opening process. I specifically remember asking about all fees, and they assured me there were no additional charges beyond standard transaction costs. My account has been fully functional for weeks. This "account maintenance and closure" fee only emerged when I attempted to withdraw my entire balance. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like a trap designed to prevent me from getting my money back without paying an exorbitant and unagreed-upon sum.

This platform introduced a new “account closure fee” when I asked to withdraw. I never agreed to this, and they can’t show me where it was stated. It’s a stalling tactic. I’ve lost time, money, and trust. Don’t fall for it like I did. This is a textbook scam.
