“identity synchronization charge,” which is utterly nonsensical. Every piece of identity documentation has been uploaded, reviewed, and approved already. Synchronization with what? When I requested proof that this process even exists, support dodged the question entirely. They insisted the charge was “mandatory per updated regulations,” yet refused to state which regulations they referred to. The more I ask, the more circular the answers become. The goal is clear: block withdrawal until users pay again and again.
