I was told that to finalize my $2,500 withdrawal, I need to pay a $1,000 “payment gateway fee.” I’ve never heard of such a fee before, and it wasn’t mentioned in their terms and conditions. This is starting to feel like a red flag, especially since I’ve never been asked for any such fee in the past. I’m concerned that this is just a way for them to extract more money from me. Has anyone else been asked to pay a “payment gateway fee”? What should I do in this case?

They promised me easy withdrawals, but now I can’t even get in touch with customer service. Every time I try to withdraw, they come up with a new fee, from ‘processing’ to ‘transfer costs.’ This is clearly a scam, and they are just finding ways to steal your money.
