This fee came out of nowhere. It was never mentioned on their website or during the onboarding process. I had already complied with every KYC step and submitted all documentation weeks ago. Their support offered no explanation, just repeating: “The fee is required to finalize the transaction.” That’s not good enough. I’ve lost all trust. These hidden charges are nothing more than a barrier to prevent users from getting their money out. They let you deposit and trade easily—but when it’s time to withdraw, the real face comes out.
