This fee was never part of the user agreement or mentioned at any point during my trading experience. After fulfilling all KYC requirements, I was confident withdrawals would be processed smoothly. Instead, this new and undisclosed charge appeared suddenly, with no official explanation or document to justify it. Attempts to get a legitimate policy reference were ignored. It’s obvious they are using hidden fees to trap user funds and force additional payments. This platform is a fraudulent broker that should be avoided.

The platform approved my account weeks ago, but when I tried to withdraw, they blocked my funds unless I paid a surprise “security clearance cost.” This fee was never mentioned before or in any policy documents.
