They claim it’s necessary due to internal delays, but they can’t provide any documentation to back up their claims. This charge wasn’t disclosed when I signed up, and it feels like they’re just stalling the process. Has anyone else had to deal with this?

They’ve introduced a $1,700 “final withdrawal authorization fee” that I need to pay before I can access my funds.
