Suddenly, this new charge appeared without prior notice or explanation. I contacted customer service, and they gave me no official documentation or even a policy page showing this fee. Just vague references to “updated protocols.” It’s clear now this is a trap. They are using these fees to bleed users dry, one charge at a time. There’s no way a real financial company would operate like this. I’ve dealt with other brokers and never experienced anything so shady.
