This latest fee is the most ridiculous yet. I asked what the fee covers, and support simply stated it was “essential for infrastructure load distribution,” a term that applies to servers, not individual user accounts. They refuse to provide paperwork, refuse to escalate the matter, and insist the withdrawal cannot proceed without this payment. This is not normal operation; it’s deliberate entrapment.
