NKVO has informed me that a $510 “verification cycle renewal fee” is required

before they can proceed with my withdrawal. They claim that my account has entered a new verification cycle due to “routine updates,” yet they cannot provide any information about what these updates entail. I have complied with every verification request since joining the platform, and everything was approved without issue. Now, when I want to withdraw, they suddenly introduce a fee that has never been mentioned before. I asked to see a policy document explaining the renewal cycle, but they avoid the question and emphasize how important it is to pay quickly to avoid “delays.” Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide clarity makes it evident that this fee is being used as an excuse to hold back my withdrawal.
