This came completely out of the blue—I had never heard of such a thing. When I signed up, there was no mention of this fee in the terms or during the onboarding process. I’ve already verified my identity, submitted all documents, and even got confirmation that my withdrawal was being processed. But now, suddenly, they say this extra step is needed due to “technical wallet alignment.” I asked them for formal documentation or proof this was a real industry practice, and they couldn’t provide anything. This just feels like a fabricated excuse to extract more money. I’ve seen similar stories online where platforms keep inventing new charges until the user gives up. The worst part is that they claim this is “refundable,” but they’ve said that before and I still haven’t received anything. It’s becoming clear that this might be a well-orchestrated scam. I’m considering reporting them, but I want to hear from others first.
