I was never informed about this fee when I opened my account or during the verification process. Even after submitting all required documents and getting account approval, this surprise fee blocked my withdrawal request. Customer service refused to show any official policies or contractual clauses supporting this charge, giving only vague excuses. This is an obvious scam tactic designed to hold client funds hostage and squeeze out extra money. I feel betrayed and warn others to stay far away from Xvaultsprotrades.
