Nothing in our agreement mentioned this charge, and your support team keeps telling me it’s a “mandatory compliance process,” yet refuses to explain what compliance it refers to. I have submitted identity documents twice, verified my address, and completed every step your staff requested. My withdrawal has been pending for three weeks, and every time I follow up, a new excuse appears. Now this invented $1,480 fee has come out of nowhere. If the platform were legitimate, the withdrawal amount should simply be processed—not held hostage. This feels like a calculated attempt to keep me paying until I give up entirely. I need a clear answer, not scripted replies.
