Nowhere in the sign-up process or the terms was this ever mentioned. Despite following every rule and completing my verification weeks ago, I was blindsided by this surprise cost that blocked my funds. Customer support dodged every request for proof, giving only scripted replies that didn’t hold water. It’s obvious they are using this as a scammy ploy to trap client money and force payment. I wouldn’t trust this platform with my worst enemy’s money.

After fully verifying my account, the broker unexpectedly added a hidden withdrawal fee I never agreed to. This surprise charge stopped my payout and was never disclosed during signup or in any contract. Support provided no proof and only vague responses. It’s clear they invent fees to hold client funds hostage. I feel deceived and warn others to avoid this broker.
