If their verification needed updating, the platform should have notified users—not blocked withdrawals until payment was made. When I tried to escalate the issue, support insisted the fee was non-negotiable and must be paid “immediately to avoid account compression.” That phrase doesn’t even mean anything in real financial terminology. It’s clear the platform creates fictional procedures to force users into paying more. My withdrawal remains frozen, and every attempt to get clarity is met with evasive, robotic replies.
