I was never told about this cost when joining or verifying my account. Despite completing all requirements and receiving approval, my withdrawal was blocked until I paid this amount. Attempts to get valid documentation were met with silence or generic replies. This seems like a deliberate scheme to stall withdrawals and force extra payments. I regret trusting Citipips360 and warn others to avoid it.

The broker suddenly introduced a “withdrawal clearance charge” blocking my funds. I never agreed to this fee, nor was it mentioned during signup or verification.
