This fee was never mentioned anywhere during onboarding or in any contractual documents. Despite having my account fully approved and verified, this surprise charge blocked my payout. Customer support refused to provide any official documentation or clear explanation, offering only vague, scripted replies. It’s obvious that this is a fraudulent tactic designed to trap client funds and extort money. I strongly warn all investors to stay away from this broker.
