I was never informed about this cost during registration or in any of the terms and conditions. After completing all KYC and verification procedures, I expected a straightforward withdrawal process, only to be stopped by this surprise demand. Customer service failed to provide any official document or contractual basis for this charge, offering only vague excuses. This appears to be a classic scam strategy designed to trap client funds and extort additional money. I feel betrayed and strongly recommend other traders avoid EchoSphere Pro.
