This fee wasn’t mentioned at any point during registration, and now I’m being told it’s mandatory to complete the process. I’ve already gone through the verification steps and submitted all the required documents, but this new charge has appeared out of nowhere. They claim it’s necessary for “internal processing,” but they haven’t provided any formal documentation to back it up. This feels like they’re inventing reasons to keep my funds locked up. Has anyone else been asked to pay a “fund release processing fee”?

I was informed that I now need to pay a $2,050 “transaction review fee” before my funds can be processed. This wasn’t mentioned during registration, and it wasn’t disclosed at any point during the verification process.
