Despite passing all verifications and having my account approved, this sudden charge blocked my withdrawal. I asked repeatedly for any official documentation or policy referencing this fee, but the support team only gave evasive and generic replies. This is a fraudulent method to trap funds and force traders to pay extra money. I feel deceived and warn others to be cautious.
