This charge was never mentioned in any contract or terms during registration or funding. I had fully completed all KYC steps and was told my account was verified for withdrawals. The fee appeared only at the withdrawal stage, blocking my funds. Requests for documentation to justify this fee were met with evasive and scripted responses. This is clearly a scam technique designed to extort more money from traders. I am angry and advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

I deposited $1,000 and traded for a few weeks. When I asked to withdraw, they demanded a “compliance unlock charge” of $300—completely hidden in their terms. They stopped responding when I questioned it. I’ve been scammed. This platform operates with pure deceit and trickery. Never trust them with your money.
