No prior notice, no terms mentioning such a fee — it just appeared after I tried to cash out. Their explanation? “High market volatility protocols.” That’s not a thing. I’ve been in crypto and forex for years, and never have I seen this terminology used in regulated financial services. It's now obvious they are inventing fees to trap users in a never-ending payment cycle. I’ve already paid other fees: KYC clearance, tax validation, and asset linkage. Each time, I believed it was the final step. But they just keep moving the goalpost. StarX Capital Markets is exploiting trust with professional aesthetics and fake authority. They are not here to facilitate trading — they are here to steal. I’m urging everyone to publicly report them and cut all contact immediately.
