It’s beyond frustrating. I had fulfilled every one of their steps—document uploads, phone verification, account approval, trading activity, and more. Then they drop this fee at the very last moment like it’s nothing. I contacted their support team, only to be met with automated replies and copy-paste statements about ‘compliance protocols.’ I asked directly: Where is this fee listed? Why is it only showing up now? And how is it legal to add fees after account approval? No one could give me a straight answer. It’s clear Rise Trade is using fake fees to delay withdrawals and trick people into paying more. This is not a legitimate practice—it’s manipulation and exploitation. I strongly urge others to avoid this platform at all costs. I will be reporting this to consumer protection agencies immediately.

After building up my balance, I tried withdrawing and was hit with a “security verification fee”. Nowhere in the platform’s terms was this mentioned. I feel completely duped. Every message I send is dodged or ignored. This platform exists solely to trap traders and milk them with fake fees. It’s a textbook scam operation pretending to be legitimate.
