The logical answer is no. Yet that’s exactly what happened when I requested a withdrawal. The excuse was vague, and the manager became defensive when I questioned it. The hypothetical scenario exposed the impossibility: no licensed broker would ever transfer compliance costs to the client. That gap between reality and their claims proves this is fraudulent.
