I have fulfilled every contractual obligation: completed KYC, cleared trading volume, and complied with every policy. Now, at the very end, they’ve conjured up this disengagement charge—never mentioned in the terms. When I asked for a legal reference, they sent a generic “policy document” edited this week. They refuse to deduct from my account balance, demanding an outside payment to a wallet address. This is a textbook tactic used by scam platforms to keep victims paying. A legitimate financial firm would have all withdrawal costs disclosed from the start and processed internally. I’m not sending another cent and have reported them to multiple oversight bodies. The moment fees appear post-approval, you should recognize you’re dealing with a system built to trap you. Save your evidence and warn others—don’t let them feed off your compliance.
