Despite passing all verification steps and being told my account was ready for withdrawal, this new charge appeared and blocked my payout. When I requested proof or policy backing this payment, support only gave scripted, evasive answers. This is a common scam tactic used to hold funds hostage and extort money. I warn others to avoid this broker.
