My account was verified weeks ago, and no issues were raised until the moment I tried to withdraw. Now they say my request has been “temporarily restricted” due to compliance stabilization. When I press for details, they respond with the same vague statements about regulatory alignment—but provide nothing concrete. Their refusal to give a clear explanation makes it obvious they’re fabricating reasons to delay withdrawals and pressure users into additional payments.
