After completing all verification steps, I was told everything was approved. I received confirmation that my payout was being processed. Then this “fee” appeared. It was never mentioned in their policy or onboarding emails. I asked for documentation—they had none. They also said I couldn’t use my account balance to pay, which is incredibly suspicious. At this point, I’ve dealt with enough of their fake requirements. It’s obvious they are inventing reasons to avoid releasing withdrawals. This isn’t a real broker. Igenuis Trade is a scam designed to delay, confuse, and financially exhaust users.

My account was marked verified, yet they blocked my payout with a “processing synchronization fee.” That’s not even a real thing. They’re making it up. It’s clearly a scam site.
