My account is fully verified, and I received prior confirmation that my withdrawal was being finalized. This fee came out of nowhere, and when I asked why, they mentioned “internal review balancing” as the reason. I’ve never heard of such a term in legitimate financial services. I’m starting to feel like they’re just inventing names to create confusion and stall. Did anyone else receive this demand?

I don’t even know what that means. I never saw it in their terms, and I certainly wasn’t informed when I signed up. Everything else was completed weeks ago. I’ve sent in IDs, verified everything they asked for, and already paid earlier charges. But instead of releasing my funds, they keep adding layers of phantom fees. When I protested, they said this fee is standard for “international clients.” That’s just an excuse. It feels like a slow, intentional con designed to drain users and wear them down. I’m furious and ashamed I ever trusted this company.
