No real financial institution requires customers to pay for backend accounting tasks. I asked multiple times for clarification, but they keep telling me the fee is “mandatory” and “non-negotiable.” What’s even worse is their refusal to show any system logs proving such a sync is needed. Every attempt to reason with their support team ends with the same robotic message: “Please complete the fee for successful withdrawal.” After watching how their communication pattern has shifted from polite to dismissive, I can only conclude this is a calculated attempt to keep users trapped.
